President
Stanton Andrews is our heart and driving force. With a big personality and an even bigger passion for people, Stanton brings energy, integrity, and a personal touch to every project. With years of experience in the construction industry, Stanton knows how to balance quality craftsmanship with great customer service—and he believes every job is about building relationships just as much as structures. Operations Manager
With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, I.W. Queen brings a wealth of knowledge and leadership to his role as Operations Manager at Sunshine Contractors. He began his career in roofing in 2008, developing hands-on expertise that laid the foundation for his growth into a well-rounded construction professional.

For the past five years, I.W. has served as a licensed General Contractor, managing a wide range of residential and commercial projects from concept to completion. His greatest strength lies in project management—ensuring jobs are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality. I.W.’s attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to excellence make him an integral part of the Sunshine Contractors team.
Greg Lanningham
Sales Manager
Greg Lanningham serves as Sales Manager at Sunshine Contractors, bringing over a decade of experience in customer-focused industries. He began his career in 2012 working in aircraft interiors, where precision and attention to detail were essential. In 2014, he transitioned into roofing sales and has since built a strong track record across various sectors of general sales.

Now a licensed adjuster, Greg combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of client needs. His greatest strengths lie in identifying challenges and crafting effective, tailored solutions—making him a trusted advisor to both homeowners and commercial clients.
